Shalini Rajoo

Shalini Rajoo works with senior leaders at pivotal moments of growth and transition, when strategy, governance, and transformation must move from intention to practice. Drawing on experience across legal, compliance, and organizational leadership roles, she focuses on the leadership systems that determine how work actually gets done.

She works at three levels: strengthening leaders’ judgment and self-leadership; examining how they lead teams in practice; and refining the decision-making patterns and operating rhythms that shape strategic outcomes. She works with leaders not only on how they think and act, but on how their decisions shape the systems around them.
