Alishia Farr is an accomplished leader and legal compliance strategist with a proven track record in driving global compliance, risk management, and regulatory excellence. As the Senior Global Regulatory Compliance Officer. Alishia leads transformative initiatives that safeguard organizational integrity, ensure adherence to international regulations, and embed ethical practices across global operations. She is recognized for her ability to manage complex due diligence processes, oversee high-stakes investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to mitigate risk and promote sustainable growth.

Alishia holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law and Compliance from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to her leadership approach. She is an active and engaged member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), National Association for Black Compliance & Risk Management Professionals (NABCRMP), ForbesBLK, and the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, reinforcing her dedication to staying at the forefront of compliance, governance, and risk oversight.

Alishia Farr also serves as the Executive Vice President of the Jessye Coleman Council, Georgia PTA, working with local PTAs to advocate for policies that support children, including school funding and health. She also partners with sponsors to raise funds for a local student scholarship program.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is passionate about community engagement and volunteers her time to support initiatives in her local community.
